Operator and scope

Runexus operates runexus.io. This notice covers the public website, free scan, Runa product assistant and public account-creation form. Contact runa@runexus.io with privacy questions. Meet our co-founders on About.

Information you provide

• Free scan: we process the website URL you submit and retrieve public information to prepare the report. Where Authority discovery runs, public business name, domain and relevant location are sent to Google Search grounding through Vertex AI. Requests also reach the public sites being checked.
• Account creation: we process your email, password and password confirmation. The account record stores your email, a password hash, an identifier and creation/update timestamps; it does not store the password confirmation. The form does not collect payment details.
• Runa: your message and a bounded recent conversation history are sent to our server and, when a model answer is requested, Google Vertex AI. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information. The widget keeps conversation history in page memory; the public concierge does not save a chat transcript in its application database.
• Email: contacting us shares your address, message and any attachments with the Runexus mailbox. Send only information needed for your question.

Browser storage and operational records

The funnel uses tab-local session storage for an anonymous session, limited referral categories and pending events. Scan-to-signup context contains a hostname and temporary identifier, expires after 30 minutes and does not import your report into a Rune. You can clear this storage using your browser controls.

Operational processing uses request information, including IP addresses for rate limiting. Scanner diagnostic records contain bounded outcome and timing information rather than submitted domains or page content. Hosting request logs may contain request URLs, IP addresses and related connection information; do not put secrets in URLs.

The separate durable conversion-event collection is currently inactive. Its event format excludes submitted domains, report contents, emails, passwords and arbitrary URL strings. Basic operational counters still record events such as scan completion and account creation.

Service providers and retention

Runexus uses Google Cloud for hosting and account storage, and Google Vertex AI for the public model/search features described above. Those services process the information necessary to provide these features. Email is handled through the Runexus mailbox service.

Account records persist to provide account access. Browser context, operational logs, email and provider processing have different lifecycles; we do not state a single deletion deadline for all of them. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. We may need information to identify the relevant record before acting on a request.

Public and private information

A free scan uses public sources. Private Rune workspaces and unpublished Site Agent facts are not public scan evidence. Site Agent facts become public through the owner’s approval and publication workflow.
